Softcat's Learning & Development team sits within the wider People & Property function and plays a key role in fostering a learning culture that enables employees to reach their potential and drive high performance. This senior interim L&D consultant role focuses on Agile education and early adoption, supporting early awareness, alignment and readiness across IT and the wider organisation on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
- Designing and creating Agile training tailored to Softcat's culture, providing clear, practical introductions to Agile principles and value‑driven delivery
- Creating accessible, engaging learning experiences for both technical and non‑technical audiences, using appropriate delivery methods
