Overview

You will be responsible for leasing and managing tenant relationships for owner-occupied properties in Tampere and Pirkanmaa. The role involves negotiations, property viewings, developing leasing strategies, and coordinating with property owners. The position is hybrid, with a mix of office work and meetings. The salary range is approximately 4,500 to 6,500 euros per month.

Responsibilities

• Lease and manage tenant relationships for owner-occupied properties in Tampere and Pirkanmaa
• Conduct negotiations with tenants and stakeholders
• Coordinate property viewings
• Develop leasing strategies in alignment with property goals
• Coordinate with property owners to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Real estate license or plan to obtain one
• Experience in active sales and negotiations
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
