4. Excellent communication, presentation, organisation and administrative skills.
5. Engagement in knowledge dissemination and impact activities, including scholarship/outreach/public understanding of science.
6. Ability to lead a research group and has the potential to provide wider academic leadership.
7. Ability to supervise postgraduate research projects.
8. Ability to teach at pharmacy undergraduate and/or pharmaceutical science postgraduate levels.
9. Demonstrated success in obtaining competitive research grant funding from government or charity sources.
