Sound knowledge of fibre manufacture, short and long staple yarn spinning, and textile testing.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in higher education teaching/industry experience in a related field.
Additional Recommendation
PhD within the discipline of dry processing of textile science/engineering. Undergraduate studies must include textile technology with a focus on dry processing subjects.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching and/or textile industry experience in textile technology, manufacturing processes, or related areas (including teaching or training experience in Higher Education, industry, or training institutions).
