Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial Litigation and Regulatory Affairs

Senior Legal Counsel reports to the Senior Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and partners with business units to provide strategic, pragmatic legal advice in a highly regulated, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include managing commercial and regulatory litigation, overseeing investigations, managing commercial and operational agreements, and ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial, civil, and regulatory litigation involving the company and its subsidiaries.
• Develop and recommend legal risk management and dispute resolution strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee mandates entrusted to external counsel, including budget, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and dispute settlements.
