Responsibilities - Lead all legal aspects of property acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, project financing and off‑plan developments, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating SPAs, financing/security documents and ensuring compliance with DLD, RERA, Oqood and other regulatory requirements.
