Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced credit derivatives, structured credit, and securitisation lawyer in Singapore or Malaysia to join our collaborative and innovative Global Markets Asia legal team – a team that has a strong standing as a strategic advisor to, and valued partner of, the Global Markets (GM) business.

The successful candidate will provide legal advisory and legal risk management advice to support a successful and growing GM business in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Advising Global Markets Sales, Structuring, Trading and functions in primarily credit derivatives, structured credit and securitisation transactions, but with flexibility to extend coverage to other asset classes and products such as FX, Rates, Commodities, Equities and Digital Assets
• Providing support with respect to global and local regulatory reform initiatives
