A strategic legal role at the national level Sollio Groupe Coopératif (Sollio) is one of Canada’s largest agri‑food cooperatives, operating coast to coast through its divisions BMR, Olymel and Sollio Agriculture, as well as a significant portfolio of subsidiaries and joint ventures. The Legal Affairs team at Sollio delivers a broad spectrum of legal services to its BMR, Olymel and Sollio Agriculture divisions, as well as to the parent company, its subsidiaries and joint ventures. We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to assume a lead role in the legal oversight of Sollio’s activities and its joint ventures located outside Quebec, primarily in Ontario and other common law jurisdictions. This position is designed for a seasoned in‑house legal professional who combines strong technical expertise with sound business judgment and strategic insight.
