Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal leadership and act as a trusted advisor to senior management, overseeing corporate, commercial, and contentious matters across the Group.
• Lead and manage complex transactions—mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and property deals—while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key agreements to protect the Company’s interests.
• Direct dispute resolution strategies, assess litigation risks, and coordinate closely with external solicitors on cause papers, case preparation, and court filings.
• Deliver practical, commercially sound legal guidance that supports business objectives, mitigates risk, and ensures robust regulatory compliance across all operations.
