Duties & Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility:

• Support of DSV entities in South Africa and Sub-Sahara Africa in all legal matters.
• Contract support.
• Corporate compliance.
• Participation and support of review processes of contracts in case of M&A transactions.

• Timely and comprehensive response to assigned tasks.
• Execution of projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Focus on performance and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
