• As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll help shape how millions of Canadians interact with money
• You’ll work alongside product, compliance and executive leadership to solve novel legal questions at the intersection of crypto, payments and financial regulation
• This is a hands‑on role for someone who can navigate ambiguity, provide practical recommendations and wants to help build – not just protect – the business
• Partner with Product, Compliance and business teams to help design and launch new products, translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical solutions
• Advise on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters across securities, AML/ATF, payments, consumer protection and other areas impacting Shakepay’s business
