- Execute statutory duties as a Transport Safety Manager (TSM) in accordance with Department of Land Transport (DLT) regulations. - To check and screen pre-shift alcohol and health checks for drivers, and transport safety management. - To monitor transport status via GPS, and handle emergency communications and response during transit issues or delays. - To prepare and compile transport safety reports for submission to the Department of Land Transport (DLT). - To receive and verify purchase orders from customers, and coordinate product inventory and shipment availability with the production team. - To issue commercial invoices and tax invoices for shipments, enter data into the company's accounting system, and manage sales administration. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
