Senior Logistics Co‑ordinator

Report to the Head of Material Planning, Stores & Logistics.

Role Overview

Responsible for logistics to and from customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency across global shipments. Works within Operations, coordinating vessel operations, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for global logistical goods movement.
• Request and action purchase orders for freight.
• Support invoice reconciliation to maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Ensure adherence to all import and export procedures and controls.
• Maintain established KPIs.
• Obtain relevant shipment details to complete document compliance.
• Recognise and react to the urgency of customer orders ensuring all turnaround times are met.
