SwiftCruit is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Machining and Mech Fab who will serve as the technical leader for developing and sustaining a high-performing aerospace supply base in Malaysia. This role focuses on CNC machining and supplier development, ensuring high-quality aerospace components are produced on time.

The successful candidate will leverage 10+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience and expert knowledge in machining processes to drive performance improvement and assist in new product introduction.
