The Senior Maersk Ground Freight Execution Representative is responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-volume and operationally complex ground transportation accounts. The role ensures reliable service delivery, fast exception resolution, cost control, and continuous improvement across FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and cross-border movements. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role supports customers with tight SLAs and high visibility while mentoring junior execution resources.

Execution & Service Delivery

Manage execution for high-volume and complex customer accounts

Plan and coordinate FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and cross-border shipments, including multi-leg movements

Proactively manage exceptions, delays, and service recovery
