Senior Maintenance and Current Engineering Manager

Main purpose of the job

To lead and manage the Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering and Facilities functions across the plant, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, product quality and production performance. The role is responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies, delivering capital projects, supporting new product introduction, driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with all quality, environmental and health & safety standards.
