Role Overview

Senior Managed Services Delivery Services Architect – responsible for ensuring that all service aspects of complex transition and transformation projects are fully covered and successfully delivered. The role sets up the service model and is involved from early sales engagement through service design, transition, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in complex deals during pre‑sales for service‑design consultancy.
• Review commercial proposal and SoW to ensure alignment with Managed Services delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to service takeover strategy definition.
• Identify current service issues with incumbent provider.
• Define service aspects to gather during due diligence.
• Determine knowledge transfer strategy.
