Halter is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Tier 2 Customer Experience team in Auckland. You will own the Tier 2 experience end to end, developing 4 Shift Leads and their reps, managing night rotations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality support for farmers across APAC and beyond.
