Position Overview

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an insurance and financial services company. Our respective client is looking for a Senior Manager for Accounting who will overseeing the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. The role will be reporting to the company owner with onsite work requirement in Makati City.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of management accounting functions, including revenue collection, budgeting, and procurement, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory bodies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Insurance Commission, SEC, and DOLE.
