The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee core Accounting & HR functions, while leading a small team, and offering hands-on support. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence both the financial health and employee experience of the company. While this role oversees both Accounting and HR functions, the primary focus remains on Accounting and the financial operations.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Lead AR/AP processes and ensure accuracy/timeliness
• Oversee monthly close, reporting, and revenue recognition
• Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and liquidity planning

HR/People Leadership

• Oversee HR function, including employee benefits, payroll coordination, and core HR processes
