The Opportunity:

This role sits within the Marketing function of Manulife Insurance Berhad and partners closely with business leaders to identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled opportunities that improve employee productivity, strengthen customer engagement and accelerate revenue growth. The position is the key AI practitioner in Manulife and works in strong collaboration with the Asia Regional AI Centre of Excellence, Data Office, IT, and cross-functional business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable AI solutions and drive enterprise adoption plans.

The incumbent is accountable for end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI and advanced analytics use cases from discovery and value sizing, to solution design, prompt engineering and evaluation, to deployment, adoption and ongoing performance monitoring.
