Responsibilities
- Supporting, coaching, and growing a talented team of six data analysts through trust and open communication.
- Collaborating with high-level teams across UA, Game Teams, Ads, and Finance to share actionable strategies.
- Balancing your time between guiding your team and working hands-on with your own data analyses and models.
- Connecting our technical data engineering and ML teams with business stakeholders to help our studios thrive.
- Encouraging a forward-thinking culture that explores how AI tools and automation can make our daily workflows smoother.
- Participating in business unit planning to deeply understand and care for the analytics needs of our games.
