Job Responsibilities

Activities that are necessary to govern the successful delivery of Tablet Banking roadmap and strategy by playing an integral role in the projects, initiatives, and changes / enhancements in terms of requirement gathering, documentation, processes, policies, & procedures finalization.

• Drive achievement of Tablet Banking objectives across delivery, adoption, migration, usage, and performance metrics.
• Ensure STP grows year‑on‑year, and discrepancy rates are reduced through process improvements, automation, and enhanced validation.
• Continuously monitor channel KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with business, IT, operations, product, compliance, and branch teams for end‑to‑end alignment.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all relevant processes, system flows, policies, and procedures.
