Position: Senior Manager – Business Development (Land Acquisition, Industrial Parks & Warehousing)

Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Business Development is responsible for expanding Company’s logistics assets by identifying, evaluating, and executing brownfield projects. This role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s logistic real estate portfolio through operating assets acquisitions.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders (Investment, Technical, Legal, and Finance) as well as external parties including landowners, government authorities, consultants, investors, agents and asset owners.
