Role and Responsibilities - Lead Revenue & Market Growth: Drive and exceed revenue targets through strategic prospecting, solution selling, and deal closure.
- Expand ADA’s footprint in Indonesia by positioning messaging as a growth engine across BFSI, Retail, and Telco.
- Maintain strong sales pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support a team of Business Development Managers and Associates; set performance goals, coach on strategic selling, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure team accountability.
