In this role you will:
Help stand up Enterprise Change Management CoE and help deliver and evolve the mandate which includes and is not limited to:Help develop and maintain enterprise change management standards, governance and promote consistent application of standards:
Support the creation and ongoing refinement of methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and toolkits.
Oversee the development of learning pathways and certification (internal and/or external) to build enterprise capability.
Drive alignment and scale enterprise change management best practices Scale change management capabilities through learning and practitioner support
