Senior Manager, Channel Content Development leads a team of Channel Content Developers in creating high-quality, scalable learning solutions that support front-line teams across Client Experience Centers, Virtual Advice, and Retail Branch channels. Drives the design, development, and continuous improvement of content that builds capability, enhances service, and supports business priorities. Partners closely with Change Management, Intake, HR, Program Management, business teams, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and measurable outcomes.
