ABOUT THE ROLE:


The Senior Manager , CIT Platform is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and retention of Fifth Third’s Collective Investment Trust (CIT) platform within Institutional Services. This role provides enterprise-level ownership of the CIT business, ensuring alignment with institutional client needs, market opportunities, and the bank’s broader strategic priorities.


As a platform leader, this role is accountable for the design, oversight, and continuous improvement of CIT-related processes, systems, governance, and external vendor relationships.
