Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Commercial Relationship Managers, driving business growth through pipeline management, sales coaching and performance oversight.
• Design and execute customer experience initiatives, ensuring a superior partnership experience for commercial clients.
• Build strong, data‑driven relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities and expand product penetration.
• Set service and control standards, monitor deliverables, and manage risk with adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex sales matters and provide strategic guidance on portfolio profitability.
