Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the field Software Automation commissioning team and related activities for assigned projects. Develop team capabilities and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with customers, engineering teams, and field teams to guarantee on-time commissioning of automation systems. Conduct site visits for job reviews as per customer requirements and participate in critical commissioning phases. Perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and ensure compliance with project specifications and customer expectations. Technical Expertise Required: Strong hands-on experience in DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
