Position Overview

  • Develop custom gift proposals tailored to individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
  • Support the execution of gift announcements, donor events, and stewardship activities.
  • Assist in planning and rolling out giving campaigns aligned with SMU's brand and advancement goals.
  • Manage and oversee editorial content for OA, including donor stories, newsletters, reports, and digital channels.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with the SMU brand across all communications.
  • Collaborate closely with fundraisers and internal teams to strengthen donor relationships and drive engagement.
  • Track and evaluate the impact of communications using data and key performance metrics.
  • Any other assigned duties to support the advancement team's objectives.
