**Senior Manager, Compliance Investigations – EMEA**

The Senior Manager, Compliance Investigations (EMEA) is an integral part of the strategic expansion of Stryker’s Global Business Ethics & Investigations function. The position will streamline and enhance the depth, efficiency, and execution of ethics, business integrity, and compliance investigations across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to strengthen Stryker’s Global Compliance Program and reports to the Regional Investigations Director - EMEA.

**What you will do:**

+ **Conduct Investigations:** Lead and oversee thorough and impartial compliance investigations into a broad range of alleged misconduct, including potential violations of external law or regulation, Stryker’s Code of Conduct, and other internal policies and procedures.
