What the day will look like

+ Help deliver team budget including goals of growth, profitability & increasing market share

+ Managing a portfolio of clients, including complication multinational global programmes and liaising cross-border with clients, insurers and Aon network

+ Delivery of a consistently high and reliable service standard

+ Advise & negotiate with clients, underwriters and stakeholders

+ Identifying opportunities, challenges and solutions to deliver added-value to clients

+ Help identify & close new business opportunities
