Develop, execute and maintain operational strategies in order to deliver innovative short, medium and long term solutions for Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser and Scotiatrust.
Defining business requirements and managing change processes to achieve those requirementsLeading the development of new and re-designed tools and processes to better deliver Fee services.
