**Job Summary**

Responsible for managing the analytic team efforts to develop easily repeatable reports and dashboards that will allow internal clients to make data-driven decisions. Implement strategies which result in measureable financial returns to the business.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**

+ Oversees development and implementation of self-service business intelligence solutions. Works work with IT and business users to shape the BI vision and to optimize the data infrastructure.
+ Develops analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and metrics for the team and broader organization of resources.
