Job Description Reporting to the Chief Data, Analytics & Knowledge Officer (CDAKO), the Senior Manager, Data Products will lead the build of a small, high-impact portfolio of trusted, AI‑ready data products that power analytics, reporting, and agentic workflows across the enterprise. This is a product leadership role for a hands‑on, analytically strong professional who understands that data governance is the discipline that makes products trustworthy — the method, not the mandate. You will own what data is trusted, how it is defined, and how it is made consumable, beginning with people and workforce data as the anchor domain.

This position will be based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.
