The Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Analytics will serve as the strategic architect and delivery lead for our ServiceNow ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules while simultaneously building a world-class reporting and analytics framework. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business value, ensuring that ServiceNow isn't just a tool, but a data-driven engine that powers organizational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Rollout: Direct the phased implementation of ServiceNow modules (e.g., FSM, SOM, SPM) ensuring alignment with the business requirements.
