This role involves leading and delivering strategic disability services projects, designing innovative service models, and driving service improvement initiatives that support positive outcomes for people with disability and their families.

• Location: Cross-Regional
• Office Location: Flexible and to be determined based on the successful candidate's location.
• Travel Requirements: Regular travel across Brotherhood of St. Laurence Disability Services sites is required to support project implementation, stakeholder consultation, and service innovation initiatives.
