In this role you will:
Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Be accountable for legally securing and protecting the Bank's real estate positions, both domestically and internationally, through the effective management of legal, business, and administrative risks as defined in negotiated real estate contractual documentation. This includes leasing as a landlord and as tenant, asset management and property management issues. Be accountable for evaluating the legal position and business risks associated with all real estate and business related negotiated legal terms to minimize the risks and costs, and to enhance rights and flexibility, including responsibility for resolving the complex details of some of our larger and more diverse and/or difficult real estate contracts.
