Senior Manager Embedded Software, RIC and BTE Solutions

Sonova is seeking a Senior Manager Embedded Software, RIC and BTE Solutions to lead the development and delivery of signal processing solutions, controller software, firmware components, and system integration capabilities across RIC and BTE hearing products. This role provides technical, functional, and people leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality, and product-ready embedded software solutions that support Sonova’s global hearing system platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of signal processing features, controller software, and embedded firmware solutions for Sonova hearing systems
• Own and evolve controller software components, integration frameworks, tools, and pipelines used across R&D
