In this role, you shape and lead the benefits strategy for the EMEA region within Salesforce's Global Rewards team. You’ll partner with HR, Finance and Legal to design competitive offerings, optimize costs, and drive employee well-being. You will own annual renewals, pioneer new programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across markets. Your work supports talent attraction, retention, and a best-in-class employee experience.
