The Customer Information Systems – Client Systems Domain is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Operations to lead reliability engineering, production operations, and development for core customer data platforms including mainframe and distributed systems.

This role is accountable for leadership on “keep the lights on” operations, platform stability, and engineering improvements while leading SRE practices and mainframe development team.
