Role Overview

Reporting to the Executive Director – Facilities, the Senior Manager – Facilities Operations and Protective Services ensures that the College’s learning and working environments remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained. The role provides strategic operational leadership and coordination for daily operational services including custodial, caretaking, waste and recycling, grounds, snow removal, shipping/receiving, and mailroom functions across all College locations. By overseeing service delivery, contract performance, and staff scheduling, the position supports consistent, high‑quality operations that meet the needs of students, employees, and visitors.
