Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Field Human Resources partners with Operations management (VPOs/RDOs/ACOs/GMs) in support of Panda’s Culture and Environment, Leadership Development, Associate Relations, and Engagement and Retention, typically three Regions. This position works with management to enroll store associates in the company’s mission, values, and culture. The Senior Human Resources Manager (Field) works with oversight by the FHR Director based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Culture Ambassador to elevate our culture and environment by connecting with managers and associates during store visits. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the leadership team for growth. Promote a culture of recognition/acknowledgement to improve employee engagement.
