The Role

This position will be responsible for the assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT).

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation and management report functions, in accordance with statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
• In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports, quarterly shareholder reports, liaising with external auditors for year‑end closing.
• Liaise with internal auditors, tax auditors, tax consultants on a monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly, and yearly basis.
• Coordinate with finance colleagues on various financial and accounting matters, compliance matters, reporting matters, secretarial matters.
• Coordinate and work on investor‑related reporting at group level, entity level with Asset Team, Finance Team and others on day‑to‑day basis.
