Jobber is seeking a Senior Manager – Fintech New Bets to lead rapid fintech projects from concept to revenue generation, working across product, pricing, GTM, risk, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive key strategic projects: lead high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives that are stalled or missing, transforming loosely defined opportunities into shipped products.
• Improve the unit economics of existing fintech offerings and lead complex cross‑team initiatives with direct impact on revenue, margin, or risk.
• Scope new businesses: identify new fintech product lines and opportunities; work with cross‑functional teams and external partners to build and, where applicable, execute business cases; evaluate unit economics, risk, and scalability to inform go/no‑go decisions.
