Synopsis

The Senior Manager of Fleet Projects is responsible for managing the implementation of commercially critical, fleet related sales and restructuring initiatives which drive out cost and improve performance and profitability for Etihad.

Accountabilities

• Programme Management - The role takes accountability for planning, structuring, leading cross departmental teams and executing large high risk, complex fleet related projects. It requires strong management and commercial focus to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within Board approvals.
• Fleet exit - Prepare and issue RFPs, analyze results, present the results, obtain necessary approvals, negotiate the terms and conditions with the purchaser, review documentation and manage aircraft or engine delivery process by engaging with internal and external stakeholders and meet timelines and budget while adhering to Standard Operating Policy & Procedur...
