• Customer Scope & Change Management: Lead execution of customer-driven changes including expansions, new processes, and network adjustments

• Process Launch: Deployment of systems, SOPs, and standardized workflows (GXD, Blue Yonder, etc.)

• Site Launch: End-to-end facility startup including readiness, staffing, go-live execution, and stabilization
