The Senior Manager Internal Communications - Leadership Communications is responsible for shaping and delivering internal communications that strengthen Majid Al Futtaim's culture, leadership narrative, and people ambitions. This role leads leadership-focused and employee communications that reinforce company values, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, while ensuring alignment with the Group's corporate communications strategy.
