Position Summary with Job Responsibilities:
The role is responsible to lead the complete Proto Assembly and Fab Shop activities that supports the final programme delivery, in order to achieve the production plan / Proto plan with adherence to quality standards, cost targets, safety standards and effective utilization resources.

Working knowledge requirement:
Understanding of automotive/engineering product prototype manufacturing function. Knowledge of TQM/TPM/lean manufacturing etc. Knowledge of engineering product design and development including TS 16949, CAD,CAM, PLM,Rapid Prototyping techniques. Management of shop floor.
